The 369-HI-R-M-F-E-H-E is part of the General Electric Multi-wire Series 369 motor management relays. This model 369, along with its upgrades and accessories, will soon be discontinued and is in its last purchase condition. Some upgrades, such as conformal coatings that act as protective layers against corrosion, high temperature, dust and moisture, can still be added after production lines are discontinued.
The multi-wire 369-Hi-R-M-0-0-0-E is designed to protect and control the motor and its supporting components. 369 achieves this through a variety of built-in features, including:
Metering: The 369 can monitor voltage, watt, frequency and energy equivalents and generate protection based on the generated value data.
Event logging: Immediately after a trip, 369 reports the cause of the trip, as well as the temperature and data values at the time of the trip, enabling users to analyze problems occurring in the system.
Pre-trip alarm: The 369 notifies the user before tripping due to ground failure, mechanical blockage, RTD overtemperature, etc.
Vehicle health reports: Relays can use learned information and a history of system trips to identify when and where maintenance may be needed.
Oscillographic method: Three waveform records are triggered when tripping, and sixteen data cycles are captured. During this process, the phase and ground current as well as the contact input state are captured.
The large amount of data generated by the 369-HI-R-M-0-0-0-E relay and the protection features employed help reduce troubleshooting time and extend system life, making it the best choice for medium-sized motors.
