The 3300 XL 8 mm Proximity Transducer System comprises:
- 3300 XL 8 mm probe
- 3300 XL extension cable
- 3300 XL Proximitor Sensor
Key features and applications:
- Provides output voltage proportional to the distance between the probe tip and conductive surface, suitable for static (position) and dynamic (vibration) measurements.
- Primary applications include vibration and position measurements on fluid-film bearing machines, Keyphasor reference, and speed measurements.
- Compliant with API 670 Standard (4th Edition) for mechanical configuration, linear range, accuracy, and temperature stability.
- Components are backward-compatible and interchangeable with other non-XL 3300 series 5 mm and 8 mm transducer system components.
- The 3300 XL Proximitor Sensor features improvements for high-density DIN-rail installations and traditional panel mount configurations, with enhanced RFI/EMI immunity.
- SpringLoc terminal strips facilitate easy field wiring connections without special tools.
