I. Product Positioning and Functions
135137-01 is a position input/output module in the Bently Nevada 3500 monitoring system, specifically designed for monitoring the position changes of rotating machinery. Its core functions include:
Multi-sensor compatibility: Supports various sensor inputs such as eddy current sensors (Proximitors), rotary position sensors (RPT), DC linear variable differential transformers (DC LVDT), AC linear variable differential transformers (AC LVDT), and rotary potentiometers.
Four-channel independent monitoring: The module provides four independent channels, which can simultaneously monitor different positions of the same shaft ring or shaft, improving the accuracy and reliability of monitoring.
Signal processing and alarm triggering: After receiving sensor signals, it converts them into digital signals and transmits them to the 3500 monitoring system. By continuously comparing the monitoring parameters with the predefined alarm set points, it triggers alarms to protect mechanical equipment.
Flexible function configuration: Through programming with the 3500 framework configuration software, various monitoring functions such as axial position, differential expansion, inclined differential expansion, compensated input differential expansion, shell expansion, and valve position can be executed.
