I. Product Composition
The 3300 XL 11 mm proximity sensor system mainly consists of the following three parts:
3300 XL 11 mm probe: Available in armored and non-armored versions, with various probe thread specifications such as M14 X 1.5 and M16 X 1.5. The standard reverse-installation probe is equipped with -24 or M10 X 1 threads. All probes are equipped with ClickLocTM gold-plated copper connectors, TipLocTM mold technology and CableLocTM design, capable of withstanding a tensile force of 330N.
3300 XL 11 mm extension cable: Used to connect the probe and the preamplifier, it features specific capacitance values and signal transmission characteristics. FluidLoc cables can be selected to prevent oil or other liquids from leaking through the cable interior to the outside of the machine.
3300 XL 11 mm Proximitor® Sensor (preamplifier): With a compact design, it can be installed on high-density DIN-rail devices or traditional panels, and has improved RFI/EMI interference resistance performance. Its spring-loaded terminal blocks make on-site wiring more convenient and faster.

Wide linear range: It extends up to 4 mm (160 mils), ranging from 0.25 – 2.3 mm (10 – 90 mils) from the measured target surface.
High-frequency response: Measurements can be made within a frequency range of 0 to 8 kHz.
Stable power supply: Typically requires a power supply voltage of -17.5Vdc to -26Vdc, with a maximum current of 12mA. When operating at voltages above -23.5Vdc, it will result in a reduction in the linear range.
Adaptation to harsh environments:
The working temperature range of the probe is generally -35°C to 177°C.
The working temperature range of the extension cable is -51°C to 177°C.
The working temperature range of the preamplifier is -35°C to 85°C.
Strong anti-interference capability: The preamplifier has excellent RFI/EMI anti-interference performance, which can effectively prevent interference from nearby high-frequency radio signals, ensuring the accuracy and stability of the measurement signal.
Reliable connection: The ClickLocTM gold-plated copper connectors, TipLocTM mold technology, and CableLocTM design of the probe and extension cable ensure a firm connection between the probe end and the probe body, preventing loosening of the connection and capable of withstanding large tensile forces, enabling the entire system to work reliably in harsh industrial environments.
Installation is convenient: The probe can be installed vertically, horizontally, or at any angle, with relatively low requirements for installation position and direction, facilitating installation and measurement on various complex mechanical equipment. The spring positioning terminals of the preamplifier make on-site wiring without the need for special installation tools, quick and convenient.

Upgrade and Compatibility
The 3300 XL 11 mm front-end device is designed to replace the 7200 series 11 mm and 14 mm sensor systems. When upgrading from the 7200 series to the 3300 XL 11 mm system, each component must be replaced, and the configuration software of the monitoring system must be updated to ensure compatibility.
If using the 3500 monitoring system, a version of the configuration software needs to be updated, and the 3300 XL 11 mm sensor system should be listed as a compatible option.
