Description
The Bently Nevada 3500/42 135489-01 monitoring module is a high-performance four-channel monitor in the 3500 series monitoring system of Bently Nevada Company. The following is a detailed introduction to this module:
I. Product Functions
Vibration and Position Measurement: Receives input signals from proximity sensors and seismic sensors, adjusts the signals to provide various vibration and position measurements, such as radial vibration, thrust position, temperature difference, eccentricity, etc.
Alarm Function: Compares the adjusted signals with user-programmable alarms. When the monitored parameters exceed the configured alarm setting points, an alarm is triggered to protect the equipment.
Data Collection and Processing: Can collect steady-state and transient dynamic (waveform) data, and transfer the data to the host software via Ethernet connection. Supports real-time dynamic data access, trend analysis, alarm/event handling, and other functions.
Compatibility: Can be used in conjunction with other modules from Bently Nevada, such as 3500/01 software, 3500/05 system framework, 3500/15 power supply, etc., to form a complete monitoring system. Also supports integration with System 1 software for trend analysis and event recording.
