For reciprocating compressor applications, the 3500 meetsAPI 618 requirements as well. It can also be ordered with DNVand Class NK certifications for maritime applications such asoffshore platforms and ship propulsion. And, when used aspart of a safety instrumented system, third party FunctionalSafety Certification can be supplied for applications requiringup to Safety Integrity Level (SIL) 2.
