General Electric produced the DS200SLCCG3AGH, a local area network (LAN) communication board. The card is part of GE’s Mark V replacement drive board series. This card is inserted in the cabinet of all GE hard drives. When the card is installed, it gives the drive the space it needs to process LAN communication signals.
- The onboard LAN control processor filtered signal is delivered to the DS200SLCCG3AGH card (LCP). For LCP program storage, the board includes two EPROM disposable memory cartridges. Using the available dual-port RAM, the drive’s drive control board may communicate with the LCP.
- For communication signals, the card has both isolated and non-isolated circuits. A detachable alphanumeric keypad programmer completes the board. This utility allows users to quickly access system settings and controls.
