Technical Characteristics and Advantages
Non-contact Measurement
Based on the eddy current effect, the sensor probe does not need to be in direct contact with the metal surface being measured, avoiding wear and interference. It is suitable for high-speed rotation (up to 2000 m/s) and high-temperature (up to 380°C) environments.
Measurement range: 1mm to 20mm, covering the needs of most industrial scenarios.
High Precision and Linearity
Calibrated with 42CrMo4 steel before leaving the factory, the linear error is ≤1.0% (PR6423 series), and the repeatability accuracy is ±0.05mm (for some models).
Output Signal
Direct current voltage superimposed with an alternating current signal proportional to vibration, output range -1V to -22V, reference voltage -12V.
Wide Temperature Range and Explosion-proof Support
Operating temperature range: -35°C to +180°C (instantaneous maximum 380°C), adaptable to extreme environments.
Explosion-proof rating: Eex ib IIC T6/T4, compliant with EN 50014/50020 standards, suitable for use in hazardous areas such as petrochemicals.
Flexible Installation and Configuration
Probe installation methods: Supports metric/imperial threads such as M6×0.5, M10×1, M18×1.5, or rectangular mounting flanges.
Cable options: Self-locking waterproof connectors, bare wires, armored or unarmored cables, with lengths ranging from 1m to 10m.
