About the SR469-P5-LO-A20
As part of the SR469 GE Multilin relay family, the SR469-P5-LO-A20 is designed to offer complete protection and management of medium to large motors. This is only one of many versions of the SR469 available within our inventory. If this particular unit doesn’t suit, look at our inventory of other units available.
The SR469-P5-LO-A20 is a basic SR469 unit with five Amp phase CT secondaries. The unit has low control power (24-60 VDC, 20-48 VAC @ 48-62 Hz). It offers 4-20 mA analog outputs. This unit is not recommended for harsh environments. If you need a unit for harsh environmental use, please look for a unit that ends in -H.
The SR469-P5-LO-A20, like other relays in the SR469 family, is designed with protection against ground faults. This occurs through two dedicated ground current inputs. Additionally, the unit offers frequency and voltage protection, as well as load loss detection. It also has current unbalance, reverse active power, and overtorque. Overtorque will protect a driven load from mechanical failure and breakage.
Other standard features of the SR469-P5-LO-A20 include speed counter alarm and trip functions, trip coil supervision, reduced voltage starting supervision, and two-speed motor protection. The unit has four configurable analog inputs that can be used to measure motor operation. Additionally, the unit has six Form-C output relays. Four of these are non-failsafe.
Use GE Multilin manuals for more information regarding installation, handling, and safety. We recommend reading through manuals and user guides before unboxing your part from AX Control. This ensures your safety as well as the longevity of your new equipment.

Frequently Asked Questions about SR469-P5-LO-A20
How to properly monitor the temperature of this SR469-P5-LO-A20 motor management relay GE?
SR469-P5-LO-A20 relay. The settings can be changed for the resistance temperature detectors in the S8 resistance temperature detection temperture page in the settings. The resistance temperature detectors can be set to Alarm and Trip outputs and also be measured by the comparison of the pick up values in the resistance temperature detectors. To properly monitor the temperatures of the relay, the resistance temperature detection types need to be changed in the S8 resistance temperature detection temperature settings page. The types that need to be set at “100 Ohm Platinum” are the Stator Resistance Temperature Detector type, Bearing Resistance Temperature Detection type, Ambient Resistance Temperature Detecter type, and Other Resistances Temperatures Detecters types. Other settings for the Stator Over temperature protection can be found in the manual with this part number 1601-0122-A9.
