The SR469-P5-LO-A20-T is an SR469 Multilin relay, designed for full protection of medium to large motors. This unit offers many management features. The SR469-P5-LO-A20-T has 5 amp CT secondaries built on a basic unit. It is a Low control power unit, rated for 24-60 VDC or 20-48 VAC @ 48-62 Hz. While this unit has an optional Ethernet port, it does not include the optional DeviceNet or enhanced front panel. Additionally, it is not designed for harsh environments, as it does not include Chemical Conformal Coating.

The SR469-P5-LO-A20-T includes an optional Ethernet 10BaseT Ethernet port. With this additional port, users can connect their 469 unit to 10 Mbps Ethernet networks. This port brings the number of ports in the unit to four, including the three standard serial ports that always show up in SR469 relays. All SR469 relays have two RS485 ports located in their real panel. Additionally, there is one RS232 port at the bottom of the front panel. This port offers quick access for troubleshooting and programming. The SR469-P5-LO-A20-T supports both ModBus RTU and ModBus RTU via TCP/IP.

Unfortunately (with an exception of the relay service) the relay’s outputs will always be non-failsafe.

Storing the GE Motor Management Relay SR469-P5-LO-A20-T Relay is very important for this unit. An ambient storage temperature of -40 degrees Celcius to +80 degrees Celcius, with a non-condensing humidity of up to 90 percent, and an altitude up to 2000 M should be suitable for this GE Motor. Temperatures any lower than -20 degrees Celcius may cause damage to the LCD contast. Along with long term storage, the same environmental conditions still apply, with storing the relay in a corrosive free environment without direct sunlight, that is also dry. With this storage being correct, the relay will be prevented of premature failures of the components caused by moisture or gases that may be corrosive. These specific precautions can help this relay not be exposed to environments that are corrosive or high humidity and prevent degrading of the electrical components regardless of the use of the relay.
