Digital axis control HNC100 is a programmable NC control of the closed loop control axis. It meets the specific requirements of controlling hydraulic drive devices, in addition to realizing the control of electrical drive devices.
As for anti-jamming, mechanical vibration and impact resistance, and climatic resistance, the HNC100 is designed for use in harsh industrial environments. It complies with the EC Directive (CE marking).

HNC100 operations are based on the creation of application-specific data sets. These data sets are generated on the PC and then sent to the HNC100 via a serial interface. The combination of a user program and a data set is called a project. Software configuration follows defined steps:
1. The tasks to be performed by the HNC100 will be defined in the flowchart. The definition also refers to the input and output and the meaning of the parameters used. 2. The function of sequence chart must be implemented in the form of NC command sequence. 3. Machine data (selection of sensors and controllers) and parameters of the NC program must be defined.
4. The data will be sent to HNC100.
5. Settings and program sequences are optimized on the machine.

The PC program “WIN-PED 5” helps users perform configuration tasks. It is used for HNC100 programming, setup and diagnostics. Functional model country:
