Thyristor SCR Trigger Signal Issuance
The conduction triggering instruction of the main control board is sent via fiber to each power thyristor drive board. The fiber is fully electrically isolated, which can isolate the strong electromagnetic interference generated by the on-off of the high-power SCR, avoiding false triggering and tripping of the weak electrical control circuit.
Power Unit Status Collection and Feedback
Through fiber, the gate status of each SCR, thyristor temperature (thermistor), and drive board fault signal are collected to determine whether the power pole is normal in real time.
Fast Fault Locking Protection
Once it detects that the thyristor is overheated, the gate open circuit, or the drive fault, it immediately reports the fault to the main control, and the soft starter immediately stops and locks, reporting Power Pole Fault (Power Pole Failure), preventing the power device from burning out and the motor from being damaged.
Start Self-Check Logic
Before power-on startup, the board checks all fiber links and SCR feedback signals one by one. Only when all self-checks pass, the motor can be started; any abnormality directly prohibits startup and outputs a fault code.
