Product Description
AB 80190-560-02-R (Allen‑Bradley / Rockwell) is the Analog Control Board (ACB) dedicated for PowerFlex 7000 medium voltage variable frequency drive. The PCB is with conformal coating for moisture, dust and corrosion resistance. As the core signal processing board of PowerFlex7000 drive, it collects analog signals such as motor current and voltage, executes PWM calculation and analog I/O conversion to realize closed-loop vector control of the VFD. It integrates signal conditioning circuits to connect the main drive processor and external analog signal loops. It is an essential spare part for medium voltage VFD cabinets, widely used for maintenance and replacement of high-power motor drive systems in mining, metallurgy and power plants.
