ABB 1TGE120021R0010 is an MLink communication gateway for ABB MNS iS intelligent low-voltage switchgear system. It is a plug-in module installed inside the cabinet, acting as a central data concentrator between MControl motor feeder units and upper control systems. It collects data from all MControl controllers within the cabinet, executes protocol conversion, transmits measurements, status signals and fault records to SCADA, PLC and DCS systems, and forwards remote control commands downwards. It supports redundant fieldbus communication, data buffering, self-diagnosis and link monitoring. It is the core communication hub of MNS iS MCC motor control center, manufactured in Czech Republic, mainly supplied as replacement spare parts for existing projects.
