ABB 3ADT316300R1502 (SDCS-PIN-F01A) Power Interface Board is designed for ABB DCS550 DC speed controller. It is the core internal power and signal interface board of the drive. Equipped with an on-board transformer, it generates multiple internal auxiliary power supplies for the drive, samples main circuit voltage and current, distributes firing pulses, collects faults and exchanges protection signals. The PCB has protective coating with good electrical isolation and anti-interference performance. It is an essential spare part for DCS550 DC drive units and this model has been discontinued by the manufacturer.

Application

It supplies multiple internal power rails for the whole drive unit, samples main circuit voltage and current signals, outputs thyristor firing pulses and performs fault detection & system protection. Applied to metal rolling mills, paper production lines, cranes, extruders, fans and pumps requiring DC motor speed regulation. Used for industrial DC drive control, closed-loop speed regulation and equipment interlock protection.
