SDCS-CON-4 is the Power Interface Board for ABB DCS800 DC drive system, part number 3ADT314100R1001.  and the replacement model is SDCS-PIN-4B (3ADT316300R1510)ABB Group. This board acts as the power signal bridge between the control board and thyristor power unit. It distributes auxiliary power, supplies the field excitation circuit, isolates power signals, detects overcurrent and implements protection. It receives drive signals from SDCS-CON-4 control board to trigger the thyristor rectifier bridge. It is a critical spare part for DC speed drives. The coated version SDCS-PIN-4-COAT is designed for harsh environments with high humidity and dust.
