Product Description
Allen‑Bradley 80026-529-01-R (Pioneer series) is a single-phase AC/DC power supply module exclusively for Rockwell PowerFlex 7000 medium voltage variable frequency drives, rated at 1000W. It supplies isolated DC power for internal control circuits, drive boards and signal sensing circuits inside the MV drive cabinet. The module integrates EMI filtering and multiple regulated DC outputs, with built-in overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent and overtemperature protection. Reinforced metal housing is designed for harsh operating conditions of high-power medium-voltage drives. Suffix -R denotes refurbished unit. This OEM part has been discontinued by Rockwell and serves as critical spare for medium voltage drive systems.

Application
This power module is mounted inside the cabinet of PowerFlex7000 medium voltage VFD. It provides stable DC control power for main control board, pulse board, signal acquisition and sensing loops of the drive. Widely used for large fans, pumps, compressors and belt conveyors with medium-voltage high-power drives in metallurgy, mining, oil & gas and power plants. Failure of this unit will directly cause medium-voltage drive shutdown, making it a critical spare part for medium voltage transmission systems.
