81001-451-62-R is a matched SGCT (Symmetric Gate Commutated Thyristor) set for Allen‑Bradley Rockwell PowerFlex 7000 medium voltage variable frequency drives. It includes two 1500A SGCT chips with factory-matched electrical parameters. The suffix -R means matched set; devices are screened at factory to guarantee consistent forward voltage drop and turn-off time for balanced current sharing in parallel circuits and avoid uneven current burnout. It adopts press-pack packaging. Compared with traditional GTO thyristors, it features lower conduction loss and faster switching speed.
