It acts as a core signal acquisition board for the condition monitoring rack. One card supports 2 TIM bus lines to connect remote TIM modules including ProTIM and FlexiTIM. It performs real-time acquisition, conditioning and A/D conversion for vibration, displacement, Keyphasor, temperature and 4–20mA process signals, then transmits processed data to the DSM host for online rotating machinery condition monitoring and predictive diagnostics. This is a legacy Trendmaster spare part, commonly used for retrofit and spare replacement of existing monitoring systems.
