Bently Nevada 1900/65A-01-00-01-00-00 (Baker Hughes) is a General Purpose Equipment Monitor, a standalone 8-channel machinery protection and condition monitoring instrument in the 1900 series. It integrates 4 vibration transducer inputs plus 4 temperature inputs, accepting mixed signals from proximity probes, accelerometers, velocity sensors, RTDs and thermocouples. It performs real-time acquisition, trending, alert and danger relay protection for vibration, shaft displacement and bearing temperature of rotating machinery. Equipped with local display and keypad, configurable via PC software. It has four 4-20mA analog outputs, six programmable alarm relays and BNC buffered signal output. Modbus RTU / Modbus TCP Ethernet communication enables connection to DCS, SCADA and PLC systems. Unlike rack-based 3500 system, 1900/65A is self-contained and cost-effective, designed for continuous protection and predictive maintenance of balance-of-plant rotating assets. The suffix ordering code defines power supply, display, enclosure, approvals and communication options.
