Bently Nevada c
1900/65A is a general-purpose equipment monitor from Bently Nevada (Baker Hughes), used for vibration, temperature, speed/position monitoring and protection of non-critical rotating machinery (pumps, fans, motors, compressors, etc.). It is more economical, independent and easy to deploy compared to the 3500 series.
-01-01-03-00-01 is the complete model code, defining the hardware and software configuration.
I. Model Code Interpretation (1900/65A-01-01-03-00-01)
Bit meanings (standard format: 1900/65A-X1-X2-X3-X4-X5):
X1 = 01: Power option → 18–36 VDC (standard)
X2 = 01: Communication interface → RS-485 (Modbus RTU)
X3 = 03: Input configuration → 4× vibration / displacement / speed + 4× temperature (K/J/E/T thermocouple / RTD)
X4 = 00: No additional function options
X5 = 01: Standard firmware version

Differences from 3500 Series
Positioning: 1900/65A → Auxiliary Equipment / General Equipment; 3500 → Key Units (Steam Turbine, Compressor)
Architecture: 1900/65A → Independent; 3500 → Rack-mounted, Multi-module Redundancy
Cost: 1900/65A is approximately 1/3 – 1/2 of 3500
Redundancy: 1900 has no redundancy; 3500 supports power / communication / module redundancy
