Core Working Principle
Based on the electromagnetic induction effect, the probe coil is energized with high-frequency alternating current to generate an alternating magnetic field. When the metal surface of the rotating shaft approaches the probe, the metal surface induces eddy currents; the eddy currents reverse the influence on the coil impedance, and the preamplifier converts the impedance change into a linear DC voltage signal, which precisely measures the radial vibration, axial displacement, differential expansion, eccentricity, and rotational speed of the rotating shaft, and connects to the 3500 monitoring system to achieve online protection and condition monitoring of the equipment.
