Bently Nevada 3500/42‑09‑R0, Part No.140471‑01, 4‑Channel Proximitor / Seismic Monitor with built‑in terminal I/O, core monitoring board of 3500 machinery protection system. OEM production is obsolete under Baker‑Hughes legacy portfolio. Suffix “09” denotes integrated I/O terminals; no separate rear terminal board required. It accepts proximity probes, velomitor velocity transducers and accelerometers. Four channels are configurable in pairs for radial vibration, thrust position, differential expansion, shaft‑absolute vibration, acceleration and eccentricity measurement. Built‑in sensor break / short‑circuit diagnostics, Alert / Danger programmable alarm thresholds. Hot‑swap capable for 3500 rack installation.
