Bently Nevada 3500/50M_SIL is a SIL2-certified reciprocating impulse and speed monitoring module for the Bently 3500 machinery protection system, serving as a core functional component of Turbine Supervisory Instrumentation (TSI) systems. Designed for reciprocating machinery and high-speed rotating units, it integrates four independent high-precision monitoring channels to synchronously collect impact acceleration, reciprocating acceleration, reciprocating velocity, low-frequency reciprocating velocity and rotational speed signals, realizing real-time continuous monitoring and over-limit protection of equipment vibration and operating speed.
With official SIL2 safety integrity level certification, the module meets strict redundancy and fault tolerance requirements of industrial safety instrumented systems, perfectly adapting to high-risk process scenarios in petrochemical, power and oil & gas industries.
