Speed / Crankshaft Position Acquisition
Collecting MPU magnetic resistance probes and phase-locked pulse signals, it can measure the crankshaft speed RPM and crankshaft angle phase in real time, used for overspeed protection and stroke synchronization triggering.
Impact / Pulse Vibration Monitoring (Core Feature)
Collecting impact vibration of the casing and impact pulses of the components, identifying valve damage, piston ring wear, crosshead loosening, and liquid strike faults; supporting measurement of impact speed and peak pulse amplitude
Two-level Programmable Alarm Protection
Each channel independently sets Warning threshold and Danger threshold, over-limit outputs trigger relays for interlock, which can directly trigger the unit to stop for protection, meeting API670 mechanical protection standards
