Core Functions
Local high-precision speed display
Receive signals from Bentley phase detector / eddy current preamplifier, and display the shaft speed RPM in real time on the LED digital tube locally; no need to rely on the 3500 rack in the control room; it can complete speed monitoring independently.
Sensor power supply output
The instrument comes with -24V DC power supply, which can directly drive 1 Keyphasor eddy current probe without the need for an additional preamplifier power supply.
Dual systems parallel compatibility
The signal lines can be connected in parallel to the input terminals of the 3500/25 phase detector module, and one probe signal can simultaneously supply the TSI system of the rack and the local speed meter, providing redundant speed monitoring for overspeed protection double verification.
Parameter self-configuration
Panel buttons set the number of pulses per revolution (1~99), signal trigger threshold, and hysteresis voltage, suitable for different tooth count speed measurement gears.
