It is an outdoor / explosion-proof installation housing for the LB442 series signal evaluation host, used for connecting gamma ray detectors, on-site cable distribution, and signal isolation protection.
System Description
The LB4460 itself does not contain an operation motherboard. It is merely a protective wiring wall-mounted housing. An LB442 master/slave signal processing module is installed inside, and the entire set constitutes a γ-ray non-contact measurement system. It can achieve online monitoring of material level, interface, slurry density, and solid material flow.

Centralized protection and distribution of on-site cables
Multiple PG waterproof flange incoming lines, unified connection of detector pulse signals, 24V power supply, 4-20mA analog quantity, RS485 communication cables. The lines are neatly arranged, corrosion-resistant, moisture-proof, and dust-proof.
Explosion-proof safety protection (ATEX certification)
Explosion-proof grade: II 2G Ex ib IIC / IIB. It can be installed in hazardous zone 1 and 2 areas of chemical, petrochemical, and coal mines, etc. It has a built-in safety barrier circuit and is compatible with intrinsically safe radiation detectors.
Signal lightning protection and electrical isolation
Internal integrated signal isolation terminals suppress on-site surges and electromagnetic interference. Long-distance cable transmission supports a maximum distance of 1.8km (2.5mm² cable). This ensures stable transmission of weak radiation pulse signals.
Modular installation expansion
The box can simultaneously install up to 2 LB442 evaluation units to achieve dual detectors and multi-point radiation measurement. It supports a master-slave multi-detector networking measurement.
