I. Product Basic Positioning
German Bühler Original Factory Ceramic Filter Element / Sample Gas Downstream Precision Filtering Component (Filter Element)
Exclusive Matching GAS 222 Full Series Heating-Type Flue Gas Sampling Probe (GAS222.15/20/30/31 Anti-Duplication), belonging to the core vulnerable filtering consumables of the CEMS Flue Gas Online Monitoring and Process Gas Analysis System; Installed at the rear end of the sampling probe and the front section of the sample gas pre-treatment pipeline, it intercepts dust, water vapor condensation impurities, and protects the analyzer sensor and precision components.

Matching Module: AHF-22 Heating Pre-filter
Application Systems: Thermal Power / Waste Incineration / Chemical CEMS Flue Gas Online Monitoring System, Kiln Exhaust Gas Analysis, Ammonia Emission Monitoring in Denitrification System
Core Function
Secondary Fine Dust Removal: Intercepting the fine dust particles that the probe’s coarse filter fails to filter, preventing dust from entering the condenser, peristaltic pump, and infrared analyzer;
High Temperature Anti-condensation: The ceramic has uniform heat conduction, and in the heating pipeline, there will be no cold spots, eliminating the problem of water vapor condensation and dust adsorption causing filter element blockage;
Corrosion Resistance and Long-term Operation: The ceramic material is not eroded by acidic flue gas, and its service life is much longer than the stainless steel sintered filter element.
