Product Description

TIOC-555HD is a high-density hybrid I/O card in the CCC IOC-555 family from Compressor Controls Corporation. It is a CPCI rack-mounted signal module built for centrifugal compressor anti-surge and machinery protection control systems. Compared with standard IOC-555 models, it offers greatly expanded channel capacity with integrated analog and discrete inputs & outputs. It features per-channel diagnostics, fault LED indicators, hardware watchdog and hot-swap capability with galvanic isolation. Working together with CCC MCP processor, it handles large volumes of field instruments, solenoid valves and interlock switches for compressor trains. With strong EMC performance, it is designed for critical turbomachinery cabinets in oil, gas and petrochemical plants.
