Product Description

DEIF AIM5-1 (AIM5·1) Analogue Input Module is the I/O acquisition module for DEIF AWC500 modular control system. Designed for harsh working conditions of wind power, marine and offshore industries. It is equipped with multiple isolated analogue acquisition channels to collect analogue signals from field sensors. It communicates with PCM5-2 main control module via backplane bus for high-precision acquisition of pressure, temperature, wind speed, voltage and other analogue signals. Each channel has galvanic isolation with strong anti-interference capability. Rack-mounted and can be flexibly installed in the slots of AWC500 rack.

Application

Matched with AWC500 controller, used for main control and pitch control of onshore & offshore wind turbines; marine power station, offshore platform power management PMS system and industrial captive power plants. It acquires analogue signals such as temperature, pressure, vibration, wind speed and grid analogue value to realize unit condition monitoring and process data collection, suitable for automation control in harsh environments including offshore and frigid climate.
