DEIF IOM4.2 POS13 is a multi-functional input/output expansion module for DEIF Delomatic 4 (DM4) generator control system,POS13 denotes the designated position variant. It integrates multiple programmable analog and digital input & output channels, communicating with PCM4 main controller via ARC-Net bus for field signal acquisition, control command output and logic expansion. All I/O channels adopt opto-electrical isolation for high noise immunity. It supports analog voltage, current, resistance signal and PWM pulse-width modulation output for precise governor and excitation control. Built-in open-circuit and short-circuit self-diagnosis, rack-mounted design, suitable for harsh environments of marine and land power plants, serving as the core I/O expansion unit for DM4 control system.

Application
It is matched with DEIF DM4 (Delomatic 4) power station control system for automatic control of land-based diesel generator sets and marine main/auxiliary generator sets. It collects field signals including voltage, current, temperature, pressure, speed and switch status of gensets. It outputs relay digital signals, 4-20mA analog signals and PWM signals to realize governor control, excitation regulation, synchronisation, protection trip and alarm interlock. Widely applied in power plants, vessels, offshore platforms and standby power stations for I/O point expansion, automation logic upgrade and genset protection interlock.
