DEIF SCM4-1 (SCM4.1) Synchronizing & Measuring Module is a core card for DEIF Delomatic 4 (DM-4) genset control system, Class 0.5 high-precision AC measurement module. It measures two sets of three-phase voltage (generator side and busbar side) and three-phase current, calculating voltage, current, frequency, active/reactive power and power factor in real time. It performs synchronism check by monitoring voltage difference, frequency slip and phase angle difference, and outputs close permission only when all sync conditions are satisfied. It has two independent relays: one sync-check relay and one trip relay. It also includes vector jump detection and full set of generator protection functions such as overvoltage, undervoltage, overfrequency, underfrequency and reverse power. 6TE slot rack mounting, communicating with PCM4x main processor via backplane bus. Full parameter configuration by software with built-in hardware self-diagnosis. Widely used for land captive power plants, marine power plants and offshore platform genset paralleling. It is critical MRO spare part for DM4 systems.
