Product Description

DIASYS FXDIM01 is a 16‑channel digital input module for DIASYS Netmation DCS manufactured by MHI Power (MHPS), made in Japan. OEM discontinued, it is circulated as spare component for legacy power‑plant DCS installations. This module acquires field DC24V discrete signals from limit switches, push‑buttons, relay contacts and valve feedback contacts. Collected status data is transmitted to DCS controller via Flexbus back‑plane bus for logic processing. Each channel provides galvanic isolation to suppress surge and electromagnetic noise. Software‑configurable digital input filter (0 ms / 5 ms / 10 ms / 50 ms) filters contact bounce. Front‑panel LED indicators show power and per‑channel status. Hot‑swap rack‑slot mounting enables convenient on‑site replacement. Designed for continuous high‑reliability power‑plant operation.
