Product Description
A6210 is a dual-channel shaft displacement monitor for Emerson AMS 6500 (former EPRO MMS6000) machinery protection system. It can be configured into three working modes: thrust position, differential expansion and rod position measurement. It is compatible with eddy current sensors PR6422/PR6423/PR6424/PR6425 and CON series proximitors. This module processes slow displacement signals, compares measured values with alarm setpoints, provides alert/danger alarms, relay outputs and 4-20mA analog outputs. It supports sensor health checking and gap voltage monitoring, compliant with API 670. It is a critical TSI protection spare part for steam turbines and reciprocating compressors. It is 3U single-slot and hot-swappable, configured via AMS6500 software.
