Product Description
EPRO MMS6120 (Order No.:9100-00002-11) is a dual-channel bearing vibration monitor module, part of German EPRO MMS6000 turbine supervision instrumentation (TSI) system. It acquires two channels of bearing vibration signals simultaneously, compatible with PR9266 / PR9268 electrodynamic velocity sensors or piezoelectric sensors. It can measure vibration velocity RMS, vibration displacement zero-peak and peak-to-peak values. It integrates sensor self-test, power fault monitoring and start-up/shutdown data recording. Hot-swap under operation and redundant 24VDC power supply are supported. RS232/485 communication is available for local configuration and data reading. Each channel is equipped with alert & danger relay outputs and isolated 4-20mA analog output. It complies with turbomachinery protection standards API670, VDI2056/VDI2059 for continuous bearing vibration monitoring and protection interlock of rotating machinery.

Application
Online bearing vibration monitoring for rotating machinery including steam turbines, gas turbines, hydro turbines, compressors, fans and centrifuges.
