Fanuc A860-2120-V004 is αiBZ spindle magnetic encoder sensor head (spindle position sensor). It is only the separate sensing probe, excluding gear ring and mounting ring. It is a position detection component for Fanuc αi built-in spindle motors. It adopts non-contact magnetic induction to collect spindle speed, phase and Z-index zero signal. It supports spindle orientation, rigid tapping, C-axis and Cs-axis contour control. Compatible with Fanuc CNC systems including 0i-D/F, 30i/31i/32i, 16i/18i. Widely used on machining centers and CNC lathes, it is a common spare part for spindle maintenance.
