95DSS2-1CEX is a microprocessor-based dual-band flame scanner from Fireye InSight series, equipped with solid-state UV + IR dual sensors. The suffix CEX stands for flameproof housing version Exd IIC T6 with ATEX approval, designed for hazardous explosive areas. It integrates internal flame relay with adjustable flame threshold, no external flame amplifier required. Built-in 8-character LED display and 4-key keypad for local parameter configuration and diagnosis. It adopts electronic self-checking without mechanical shutter for higher stability. Optimized for weak flame recognition on low-NOx burners and multi-fuel applications, it can reliably distinguish real flame from background infrared interference.

Application
It is widely used in hazardous combustion zones of petrochemical, chemical, power plant, metallurgy, waste incineration and heating boiler industries. Compatible with single or multi-fuel burners including natural gas, methane, propane, coal gas and fuel oil, low-NOx burners, waste incinerators, duct burners, hot blast stoves, rotary kilns and afterburning systems. It monitors ignition flame, detects flame loss and triggers safety interlock to prevent explosion hazard, suitable for plants with flammable and explosive gas atmosphere.
