Core functional features
Integrated without external amplifier: Built-in signal processing, threshold comparison, flame relay, no need to pair with external flame amplifier, simplifies wiring Automatic Flame Learning (S2 Core): After ignition, it automatically collects the amplitude of the target flame and automatically sets the ON (ignited) / OFF (熄fire) thresholds, suitable for low-nitrogen lean combustion and low calorific value gas.
Full-loop Fault Diagnosis: Sensor failure, open circuit in wiring, abnormal power supply, and dirtiness of the optical path are all identified and fault alarms are triggered.
Safety Interlock Adaptation: The relay is directly connected in series with the safety circuit of the gas solenoid valve. The fuel is cut off immediately upon ignition to prevent explosion.
Parameter Storage: The calibrated thresholds are permanently saved upon power loss, eliminating the need for repeated calibration.
