GE 350-EP0G0HEENNSNNN is a digital feeder protection relay of the 3 Series SR3 platform produced by General Electric (GE Multilin, now part of GE Vernova) in the United States. The core feature of this model is that all overcurrent protection functions are set to “None” (absent), thus it is essentially a distribution protection device with core functions including voltage monitoring, frequency monitoring, arc flash detection, and circuit breaker control, rather than a traditional overcurrent protection feeder relay.
This relay is equipped with a dual-processor architecture. The main processor is Freescale MPC5554 (32-bit, responsible for measurement and output control), and the communication processor is Freescale MPC520B (32-bit, responsible for Ethernet communication). It samples 32 times per power cycle and is equipped with a 12-bit A/D converter, enabling high-precision measurement of electrical quantities such as voltage, frequency, and power factor. The relay provides 10 digital inputs and 7 digital outputs (2 Form A + 5 Form C), supports various communication methods including USB, RS485, RJ45 Ethernet, and fiber optic Ethernet, is compatible with mainstream industrial protocols such as Modbus RTU/TCP, DNP 3.0, IEC 60870-5-103/104, IEC 61850 GOOSE, OPC-UA, and supports PRP and HSR network redundancy protocols.
