I. Basic Information
Brand: GE Vernova (formerly GE General Electric)
Full name: LAN Terminal Board – Local Area Network Terminal Board
Hardware version: The suffix “FG1” represents the F version hardware. Compatible versions of the same series: DG1, HG1, JG1, KG1. There are differences in circuit and jumper definitions for different suffix hardware, and they cannot be directly mixed and replaced.
Compatible systems: GE AC2000/DC2000 high-power DC speed control drives, generator excitation control systems. It is often used in combination with the **531X305NTBAJG1 (NTB Terminal Board)** that you previously queried.
Product status: The original factory has discontinued production. Only new, disassembled, and refurbished spare parts are in circulation.
Core Functions
Multiple wide-voltage analog quantity acquisition (8 channels of DI)
8 configurable digital inputs, supporting a wide range of AC/DC signals from 2 to 240V, which can be connected to emergency stop signals, operation feedback, limit switches, contactor auxiliary contacts, operation buttons, etc., and are uniformly converted into the internal standard 24VDC logic signals of the driver.
7 C-type relay isolation outputs (7 channels of DO)
The board has 7 groups of relay passive contacts for peripheral equipment driving such as fault alarms, fan start/stop, closing interlock, operation indicator lights, external protection trip, etc., achieving strong and weak current electrical isolation to protect the main control board from being broken down by high-voltage surges from the site.
LAN bus signal conversion and distribution
As the internal local area network signal hub of the driver, it completes the signal transfer and distribution between the main control board, NTB analog terminal board, and on-site peripheral I/O, ensuring the stable transmission of the speed control/ampere regulation system interlock logic and fault diagnosis signals.
Built-in surge and fuse protection
Each input circuit is equipped with a resistor-capacitor absorber and fuse to suppress the peak voltage generated by the power grid and inductive loads, significantly reducing the risk of board card burnout due to incorrect wiring or short circuits.
