The GE DS200DCFBG1BJB is a DC feedback power board in the General Electric Mark V Speedtronic series. It is a discontinued core spare part of the turbine control system. The main function of this board is to convert the original line power into the DC voltage and digital feedback signals required for the driver’s closed-loop control. At the same time, it provides control-level power for the driver and the cabinet fan, and outputs 115V AC power for the cabinet fan.
The board integrates VCO voltage/current feedback circuit, motor voltage attenuation circuit, AC zero-crossing detection circuit, contactor drive circuit and SCR ignition circuit, which can effectively absorb millivolt-level feedback signals and prevent the motor from starting on its own. In terms of hardware configuration, the board is equipped with 7 4-bit DIP switches (where SW4 is used to adjust the output bridge voltage of VCO), 12 configurable jumpers, 3 independent fuses (providing protection for 115VAC line, +24VDC line and -24VDC line respectively), as well as neon lights and dual LED status indicators facing the front door of the cabinet, supporting rapid on-site diagnosis.
This board card is compatible with multiple IGBT drive applications such as EX2000, DC2000, FC2000, GF2000, ME2000, CB2000, and AC2000, and is widely used in fields such as gas turbines, steam turbines, combined cycle power generation, wind power generation, and petrochemical process control. As the final-generation spare parts for the Mark V series, the current market mainly circulates new inventory pieces and refurbished pieces.
