Core Functions
Drive and SCR Power Bridge Interface Board
As a signal and power transfer board between the DC driver control loop and the SCR thyristor power rectifier bridge, it transmits drive pulses, armature voltage feedback signals, and realizes large-power speed regulation drive control.
Hardware Configuration
The board is equipped with 4 sets of function jumpers, used for setting: capacitor switching mode, voltage feedback channel, common bus / independent bus topology, and adapting to different specifications of SCR power bridges.
Surge and Voltage Buffer Protection
Integrated RC capacitive absorption circuit, pulse transformer, suppresses grid peaks, reverse electromotive force, protects SCR power devices and main control drive board.
Large-power DC Speed Regulation Loop Signal Transfer
Adapts to 240 – 630V DC armature voltage, supports four-quadrant energy feedback operation, mostly used for large fans, pumps, and generator DC speed regulation systems.

Hardware Structure Features
No onboard fuse, fault indicator light, external test points, and limited on-site hardware fault troubleshooting methods. Mainly rely on system background diagnosis and alarm to locate faults;
The board is equipped with 4 configurable jumpers, replacement spare parts must be 1:1 replicate the original board’s jumper positions. Incorrect jumpers will directly cause drive tripping and SCR breakdown;
Integrated high-voltage buffer capacitor, pulse isolation transformer, adapted to large-power DC drive conditions;
Cannot be repaired on-site. Board card faults require direct replacement of the entire board.
