Product Description

GE IC200ALG240 is an isolated analog input module of the VersaMax series (GE Fanuc, now Emerson). It is a high-precision 8-channel analog acquisition module for VersaMax PLC systems. Each channel is individually isolated with 16-bit ADC resolution. Channels are software configurable for current or voltage signals. It supports wire-break detection, on-board LED diagnostic indicators, hot-swap capability and DIN rail mounting. It is widely used for transmitter signal acquisition and supplied as spare part for legacy VersaMax installations.

Application

Manufacturing production lines, water treatment, HVAC, packaging machinery, oil & gas auxiliary control, power plant auxiliary control. It acquires 4–20mA / ±10V signals from pressure, flow, level and temperature transmitters and sends data to VersaMax PLC for closed-loop control, process monitoring and alarming.
