Product Positioning
The S2K servo driver is integrated with a 28-channel 24VDC digital input acquisition unit. It has built-in photoelectric isolation signal conditioning and is integrated in the servo controller body. It is used for machine limit, origin, equipment status, fault alarm signal acquisition, and collaborative logic operation with servo axis control.

Photoelectric Isolation + Hardware Filtering
Single-channel independent optocoupler isolation, built-in RC anti-jitter filtering, suppressing on-site frequency converter, servo strong electromagnetic interference, preventing signal mis-switching.
Board-level Channel Fault Diagnosis
Each channel has an LED status indicator light. Open circuit, short circuit, power supply abnormality are reported to PLC / servo controller in real time, and software pop-up alarm.
Motion Logic Linkage
The collected signals directly participate in servo origin return, hard limit emergency stop, axis enable interlock, response time < 1ms.
Dual Interface Communication
Panel DB9 serial port + terminal bus, supporting Modbus, device network, and data interaction with GE RX3i/RX7i, S2K servo master control.
