GE IS200JPDFG1ADD DC Power Distribution Module (PDM) I. Basic Material Information
Model: IS200JPDFG1ADD (referred to as JPDF)
System: GE Speedtronic Mark VI / Mark VIe Gas Turbine and Steam Turbine TMR Triple Redundancy Control System
Product Type: 125VDC Redundant DC Power Distribution Module (Power Distribution Module)
Hardware Version Description: ADD is an industrial enhanced version with three protection functions for moisture-proof, corrosion-proof and anti-corrosion coating, suitable for harsh working conditions in power plants such as humidity, dust and corrosive substances. It is backward compatible with the same series hardware versions of IS200JPDFG1A and IS200JPDFG1AED.
Installation Method: Standard 6U VME rack backplane plug-in and pull-out installation, cabinet IP20 protection
Core Electrical Parameters
Input Specifications: Dual redundant 125VDC direct current input, supporting uninterrupted power supply even in the event of a single power failure
Rated Total Load: Maximum 30A. The system adopts a floating DC bus design, equipped with insulation and ground fault monitoring capabilities
Output Circuits: 9 independent distribution branches. Each branch is equipped with an independent replaceable fuse. A single short circuit in a branch only isolates the faulty circuit, without causing power loss to the entire system
Protection Configuration: Built-in EMI filtering, surge suppression, overcurrent, short circuit, bus overvoltage, ground insulation fault detection
Operating Temperature: -40℃ ~ +70℃. The three-proof coated version is resistant to condensation and salt spray corrosion
Communication Feedback: Through the cable, the bus voltage, each current, fuse melting, ground fault and other status signals are uploaded to the system main controller. This allows for alarm prompts in the upper-level HMI

Core Functions
Centralized Power Supply Distribution for the Entire System
Receiving two redundant 125V direct current control power supplies, which are filtered and stabilized uniformly, and then distributed to all control hardware such as CPU, VCMI communication cards, various DI/DO/AI/AO I/O boards, and IONet control network.
Independent Short Circuit Fault Isolation Protection
Each output is configured with an independent fuse. In the event of a short circuit in the field line or a card failure, only the single circuit fuse will melt, isolating the faulty circuit and ensuring the normal operation of the remaining control circuits, avoiding the shutdown of the entire plant control system.
Online Monitoring of DC Bus Ground Fault
Real-time monitoring of the insulation status of the 125V DC positive and negative bus to ground. Once positive or negative pole ground leakage occurs, the grounding fault alarm is triggered immediately to prevent control circuit maloperation and card burnout due to two-point grounding of the DC system.
Centralized Diagnosis and Reporting of Power Supply Status
Signals of each voltage, current, fuse melting, and abnormal bus grounding are uploaded to the controller. Maintenance personnel can remotely locate the faulty circuit, significantly reducing the time for fault troubleshooting.
Compatible with DACA Terminal Expansion Module Power Supply
Reserved expansion interface, which can provide DC power distribution and fault monitoring circuits for on-site DACA terminal boards.

Panel Indicators and DIP Function
1. Status Indicators
INPUT OK1/OK2: Normal indicator lights for two redundant input power supplies. The single one being off indicates the absence of 125V power supply for that path
BUS OK: Normal output of the system DC bus. Off indicates overvoltage, short circuit, or bus fault protection action
GROUND FAULT: Ground fault alarm light. Always on indicates abnormal insulation to ground of the DC bus
FUSE FAULT: Fault indicator light for the branch fuse. Lights up when the fuse in the corresponding circuit is damaged
