Product Description
GE IS200TBCIS2CCD is a Group-Isolated Contact Input Terminal Board (TBCI) for GE Speedtronic Mark VI / Mark VIe turbine control systems. It serves as field interface for dry contact signals, integrating 24 discrete contact input channels divided into 3 isolated banks (8 channels per bank) with 125VDC wetting voltage. It receives passive dry contact signals from pressure switches, limit switches, flame switches and emergency stop pushbuttons. Connected to PDIA digital input card via ribbon cable, it supports TMR triple-modular redundant 2oo3 voting architecture. Group-wise galvanic isolation suppresses common-mode noise for turbine protection, BMS burner management and ESD emergency shutdown signal acquisition. Rack pluggable design with removable terminal blocks for convenient field wiring and maintenance. This model is end-of-life and supplied only as spare parts for legacy combined-cycle gas & steam turbine cabinets.
