GE IS230PCAAH1B (IS230PCAAHIB is typo variant) is the PCAA Core Analog I/O Pack for Speedtronic Mark VIe turbine control system. It is the critical signal acquisition and output hardware for GE gas and steam turbine control systems. This module has 25 isolated analog channels and accepts multiple signal types: thermocouple, 4-20mA, 0-10V DC, LVDT, seismic vibration, pulse frequency and servo coil signals. It adopts 16-bit A/D conversion with built-in channel self-diagnosis. Dual redundant 10/100Mbps IONet Ethernet supports simplex, dual and TMR triple modular redundancy. Hot-swap capable with 1500VAC isolation between channels and ground, designed for harsh power plant environments.

Product Application
Designed for Mark VIe turbine control platform, used for analog signal acquisition and servo control output of gas turbines, steam turbines and combined-cycle power plants. It collects temperature, pressure, vibration and displacement sensor signals and sends control signals to actuators. Widely deployed in thermal power plants, combined-cycle gas power stations, turbine protection, unit condition monitoring and generator automation retrofit. It is a critical spare part for power generation DCS systems.
