Product Description
GE IS400TCASH1AGD (IS400TCASHIAGD is transcription error) is the TCAS Core Analog Terminal Board for Speedtronic Mark VIe control system, matched with IS230PCAAH1B PCAA analog I/O pack. It acts as the signal interface between field sensors, actuators and PCAA main module, performing multi-channel signal routing, conditioning and isolation protection. It accepts thermocouple, 4-20mA, 0-10V, LVDT, vibration, pulse frequency and servo coil signals. It supports simplex, dual and TMR triple modular redundancy. It provides ≥1500VAC isolation from field side to system side and ≥500VAC between channels, designed for harsh power plant environments with high temperature and strong electromagnetic interference. It is mounted inside Mark VIe rack, connected to PCAA pack via ribbon cable and powered by 28VDC backplane.

Product Application
It works with Mark VIe PCAA analog I/O pack for gas turbine, steam turbine and combined-cycle power plant control systems. As field terminal interface, it receives temperature, pressure, vibration and displacement sensor signals, and outputs servo control signals to field actuators for turbine signal acquisition and servo control. Widely deployed in thermal power plants and combined-cycle gas power stations for turbine protection, condition monitoring and turbine unit automation retrofit. It is an essential spare part for GE Mark VIe turbine control.
