369-HI-R-M-0-0-0-H-E is a GE Multilin 369 series motor management protection relay (IED). The suffix H denotes harsh-environment conformal coating version, E stands for front panel option, R means relay outputs, and M indicates enabled metering package. It adopts drawout panel-mount design, integrating complete three-phase motor protection, thermal model tracking, electrical metering, RTD temperature monitoring, fault oscillography and event logging. It supports local display and remote communication. It is a widely accepted integrated protection relay for MV/LV three-phase motors, commonly used as spare parts for switchgears in power plants, chemical and metallurgical sites. This model is discontinued by OEM.

Application

It is deployed for protection and control of MV/LV three-phase asynchronous motors in power, chemical, oil & gas, metallurgy, mining, water treatment and cement industries. Suitable for heavy-duty motors including fans, pumps, compressors, crushers and conveyors. Installed in MCC motor control centers and MV/LV switchgear cabinets. It performs motor interlock, fault tripping, temperature supervision, electrical measurement and fault recording, and transmits data to SCADA. Mainly used for plant retrofit, overhaul and legacy relay spare replacement.
