Product Description
GE MULTILIN UR9FH is a high-performance CPU Central Processing Module of Multilin UR Universal Relay series, the core mainboard for UR protection relays. It executes high-speed relay protection algorithms, FlexLogic programmable logic, Sequence of Events (SOE) logging, fault disturbance recording, energy metering and protection setting management. Equipped with dual 10/100Base-TX Ethernet ports, it supports IEEE1588 PTP precision time synchronization and PRP parallel redundancy protocol, compatible with IEC61850, GOOSE, DNP3 and Modbus TCP power communication protocols. Adopting hot-swap modular design, it mounts on UR chassis backplane. It is compatible with UR relays for line, transformer, generator, busbar and capacitor bank protection. Widely used for substation & power plant relay protection retrofit and spare replacement, compliant with ANSI and IEC power standards.

Product Application
As the core CPU unit of UR series protection relays, it is widely deployed in power grid substations, thermal/gas/hydro power plants, industrial captive power stations, petrochemical and mining power distribution systems. It can be installed inside UR relay chassis for line protection, transformer protection, generator protection, bus differential and capacitor bank protection. It receives analog signals from CT/PT acquisition modules, performs real-time fault judgment and trip logic calculation, stores fault waveforms and event sequence data. It uploads telemetry, remote status, alarm and disturbance recording data to SCADA/DCS via dual Ethernet ports for substation automation and remote monitoring. Commonly used for legacy protection equipment upgrade and spare replacement.
